I’ve purchased (3) three pieces of wide mouth lid hydro flask yesterday (Jan 30, 2020) at SM Megamall Branch. One of the lid has no rubber inside. I didn’t check it, because I assumed you double checked your product before displaying. Anyways, is it possible to replace them at MOA branch?
Unfortunately, we are from Batangas. And my cousin will be in Manila on Monday (Feb 3), but in MOA only. Please let me know if we can have your endorsement to change the mount lid.
