Tori Chizu is a new establishment in SM Megamall that offers a variety of a fusion of Japanese cuisine. It is owned by Mr. Scott Tan, which is also the managing director of Scottland Incorporated. Tori Chizu just introduced itself to the public last December 11, 2017 after opening their very first branch in the metro.
